Another little crocodile skink family health check-up! As a reminder, aside from geckos, Tribolonotus (crocodile skinks) are among the only other lizards with vocal cords. They can bark, chirp, squeak, and even growl to express distress or announce their presence! Every few months, I do a complete check-up on my skinks, handling each one to make sure they’re healthy, cleaning their terrariums, and checking for new eggs or babies.
