Recent shark bites in Hawaii, Florida and a suspected case in New Jersey raise questions regarding water safety. There were only 57 unprovoked bites last year worldwide, and five of those were fatal.

Of all the horror subgenres out there, I think killer shark horror is the hardest to get right. It’s strange since, at least on the surface (pun intended), it seems like the easiest to get right.
